摘要
以樱花当年生半木质化枝条为试材进行嫩枝扦插,探究扦插基质、植物生长调节剂种类和浓度3种因素对樱花扦插生根的影响。结果表明,影响插条生根的主导因素是生长调节剂种类,其次是扦插基质,生长调节剂浓度的影响最小。樱花扦插的最佳处理组合为:以蛭石为基质,在IBA 200 mg·L~(-1)中浸泡30 min;在此条件下,扦插生根率达77.2%,平均根数达20.27根。
        The effects of the substrate types,plant growth regulators and their concentrations on Prunus serrulata softwood cutting with semi-lignified branches were investigated. The results showed that the growth regulators types had the greatest influence on cutting propagation among the three factors,followed by substrate,and growth regulators concentrations had the least influence on cutting propagation. The best combination for cutting propagation of Prunus serrulata was obtained in 200 mg·L~(-1) IBA treat 30 min and planted in the cutting substrate of vermiculite. Under these conditions, the average rooting rate was 77.2% and average root number was 20.27.
