雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射联合视网膜激光光凝在糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射联合视网膜激光光凝在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的140例DR患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各70例。对照组采用雷珠单抗治疗,观察组采用雷珠单抗联合激光光凝治疗,比较两组患者治疗前、后视网膜厚度、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、VEGF及Ang-2水平;比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果治疗后1、3个月,两组患者视网膜厚度、BCVA、VEGF、Ang-2水平均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射联合视网膜激光光凝治疗可提高DR患者视力水平,改善患者视网膜厚度及VEGF、Ang-2水平,安全有效,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab combined with retinal laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods A total of 140 DR patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ranibizumab, while the observation group was treated with ranibizumab combined with laser photocoagulation. Retinal thickness, best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and Ang-2 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 3 months of treatment, the retinal thickness, the levels of BCVA, VEGF and Ang-2 of the two groups significantly improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Ranibizumab intravitreal injection combined with retinal laser photocoagulation can improve the visual acuity, the retinal thickness and the levels of VEGF and Ang-2 in patients with DR. It is safe, effective and worth promoting.
