摘要
目的:研究康复新液联合光动力疗法治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年3月-2018年3月笔者科室确诊的玫瑰痤疮患者107例。按照随机数表法分为联合组(n=37)、康复新液组(n=36)、光动力学组(n=34),其中联合组采用康复新液联合光动力疗法治疗,康复新液组采用单独康复新液治疗,光动力学组采用单独光动力学治疗。观察三组治疗疗效情况,临床症状积分(红斑、丘疹脓疱、瘙痒、毛细血管扩张),皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评分,不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,联合组总有效率显著高于康复新液组和光动力学组(P<0.05);红斑、丘疹脓疱、瘙痒、毛细血管扩张积分及DLQI评分均显著低于康复新液组和光动力学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组不良反应总发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:康复新液联合光动力疗法治疗玫瑰痤疮临床疗效肯定,可有效改善患者的临床症状,不良反应少,安全可靠,可提高患者的生活质量。
        Objective To study clinical effect of kangfuxin solution combined with photodynamic therapy on rosacea. Methods 107 Rosacea who received therapy from March 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected as research objects. According to random number table,those patients were divided into the Combined group(n=37), kangfuxin solution group(n=36), photodynamic group(n=34). The combined group was treated with kangfuxin solution combined with photodynamic therapy. kangfuxin solution group was treated with kangfuxin solution alone. Photodynamic group was treated with photodynamic therapy alone. Then the therapeutic efficacy, clinical symptom score(erythema, papule pustules, pruritus, telangiectasia), Skin Disease Quality of Life Scale(DLQI) score, incidence of adverse reactions of three groups after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of kangfuxin solution group and photodynamic group(P<0.05). The scores of erythema, papule pustules, pruritus and telangiectasia were significantly lower than those of kangfuxin solution group and photodynamic group(P<0.05). DLQI score was significantly lower than that of kangfuxin solution group and photodynamic group The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin solution combined with photodynamic therapy for rosacea has a definite clinical effect. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with rosacea, with fewer adverse reactions, safety and reliability, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
