摘要

目的探究纤维支气管镜介入治疗联合全身化疗对肺结核患者的治疗效果。方法选取本院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的132例肺结核患者,随机分为治疗组(纤维支气管镜介入治疗联合全身化疗)和对照组(单纯全身化疗),每组66例,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜介入治疗联合全身化疗治疗肺结核效果显著。
        Objective To explore the effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with systemic chemotherapy in the treatment of tuberculosis. Methods A total of 132 patients with tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group(bronchofibroscope interventional chemotherapy combined with systemic chemotherapy)and control group(systemic chemotherapy alone),66 cases in each group,Group treatment effect. Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with systemic chemotherapy is an ideal treatment for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and has no obvious adverse reactions.
