硼矿的碱解液制硼砂及提纯研究

摘要
碱解法制硼砂工艺是一种操作简单,碱解率高,收率相对较好的方法,该方法包含硼的浸出和转化两个过程,而后者偏硼酸钠转化为硼砂过程是制约碱解法制硼砂工艺收率大小的重要因素。除杂净化更是决定着产品纯度大小的重要环节。通过调节溶液pH或NaHCO_3添加量来考察硼砂转化率的大小。结果显示,当溶液pH为9.0时,转化率达到82.7%,而当添加NaHCO_3为理论量的1.3倍时,转化率高达86%。两者共同作用时,转化率接近90%。另外,添加盐酸调节pH时能够更好地提高硼砂的纯度。
        The alkali hydrolysis process about borax is a kind of method with simple operation,high leaching rate and relatively good income,the method contains leaching processes and transform processes of boron,while the latter is an important factor to restrict the process yield of borax alkaline hydrolysis method. Purifying is an important links to determine the size of the product. Through the size of the conversion rate of borax by adjusting the solution pH or the amount of NaHCO_3. The results showed that when pH is9. 0,the conversion rate reached 82. 7%,and when the addition of NaHCO_3 as the theoretical ratio of 1. 3times,the conversion rate of up to 86%. When they are combined,the conversion rate is close to 90%. In addition,adjusting the pH by adding HCl can improve the purity of borax.
