高纯W-Nb合金单晶的制备及组织性能研究

摘要
采用电子束悬浮区域熔炼法生长制备出直径22 mm、长150 mm的W-Nb合金单晶棒材,对单晶的晶向偏离角、化学成分、杂质元素含量、微观组织等进行了分析。分析结果表明,单晶棒材的晶向偏离角小于8°,杂质元素总含量小于200 ppm,单晶棒材直线度较好,表面光亮、无裂纹。
        The W-Nb alloy single crystal rod with diameter of 22 mm and length of 150 mm was prepared by the electron beam floating zone melting method. The misorientation angle of the single crystal, chemical composition, impurity element content and microstructure were analyzed. The analysis results show that the misorientation angle is less than 8°, and total content of impurity element is less than 200 ppm. The W-Nb alloy single crystal rods have good straightness, bright surface and no cracks.
