摘要
水泥土铣削搅拌墙施工技术是一种新型深层地下搅拌成墙工艺,它结合了液压双轮铣成槽和传统深层搅拌桩技术的优点,具有对施工环境影响小、施工速度快、单幅长度大、应用效果佳等特点。本文结合单县月亮湾水库围坝防渗墙施工,总结了该项技术在设备选择、工艺流程、施工管理和质量检测等方面的经验,可供同类工程借鉴。
        Cement-soil milling mixing wall construction technology is a novel deep underground mixing wall formation technology. Advantages of hydraulic two-wheel milling grooving and traditional deep mixing pile technology are combined in the technology. It is characterized by small impact on the construction environment, fast construction speed, long single length, good application effect, etc.The box dam cut-off wall construction of Shanxian Yueliangwan Reservoir is taken as as example in the paper. The experience of the technology in equipment selection, process flow, construction management, quality inspection, etc. is summarized, which can be used as reference in similar projects.
