仙灵骨葆胶囊联合锁定钢板内固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折48例疗效观察

摘要
目的:探讨仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗老年骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择2015年10月-2017年10月接受手术治疗的48例老年桡骨远端骨折患者,随机均分为治疗组与对照组。两组患者均选择切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗骨折,治疗组口服仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗6周。分别对两组患者的骨折愈合时间、骨痂密度评分及疼痛缓解评分进行分析。结果:治疗组的骨折愈合时间、骨痂密度评分及疼痛缓解评分均明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆胶囊可有效促进骨折愈合,缓解疼痛,适用于老年骨质疏松患者。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Xianling Gubao capsule( 仙灵骨葆胶囊) on elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture. Methods: 48 elderly patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Two groups were treated by open reduction and locking plate internal fixation for the treatment of fracture. The treatment group was treated with the Xianling Gubao capsule for 6 weeks. The pain relief time and fracture healing time in two groups were analyzed respectively.Results: The pain relief time and fracture healing time in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Xianling Gubao capsule can effectively promote fracture healing and relieve pain, and is suitable for elderly patients with osteoporosis.
