摘要
目的优选绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的最佳提取工艺。方法高效液相色谱法测定绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的含量,以枳属苷的含量为指标,应用单因素试验结合正交试验法优化绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的提取工艺。结果绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的最佳提取工艺为加入6倍量90%乙醇,提取3次,每次1 h。结论该提取工艺方法简单、稳定可行,可以为绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的大规模化生产工艺提供理论依据。
        Objective: To study the optimum extraction of poncirin from Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae. Methods:The content of poncirin, as the index, in Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae were determined by HPLC, using single factor test combined with orthogonal experiment, the extraction process of Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae in Poncirin was optimized. Results: The best extraction process of Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae in poncirin was adding 6 times amount of 90% ethanol, extracting for 3 times, 1h each time. Conclusion: This method is simple, stable, reliable and can provide solid basis for large scale extraction of l poncirin from Fructus Ponciri Trifoliatae.
