摘要
根据工程应用实际情况,目前斯特林制冷机微振动输出检测有多种安装测量方式,紧固装夹方式采用加速度传感器测量采集数据,光学测量方式采用激光位移传感器测量采集数据。本文通过对采用紧固装夹测量方式与光学测量方式进行对比试验,分析两种安装方式的微振动输出测试数据,表明两种测量方法均可用于斯特林制冷机的微振动输出测试。
        According to the actual situation of engineering application,at present there are many ways of installation and measurement for micro-vibration output detection of Stirling refrigerator,application sensor is used to measure and collect data in fastening clamping mode,optical measurement method using laser displacement sensor to measure and collect date. In this paper,the comparison test was carried out by adopting the fastening clamp measurement method and the optical measurement method,micro-vibration output data of two installation modes were analysed. Both methods can be used for micro-vibration output of Stirling refrigerator.
