摘要
近年来,投标人低价投标、低价中标,甚至是低于成本价中标现象层出不穷。本文浅析形成低价投标中标的原因,并对投标人低价中标可能导致的合同履约问题提出对应措施。
        In recent years, bidders have been bidding at low prices, winning bids at low prices, and even winning bids below the cost price. This paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the low-price bidding bid, and proposes corresponding measures for the contract performance problems that may result from the bidder's low-price bid.
