摘要
文章对已有的几种平面度测量方法进行分析,并结合实际情况提出了滚轮胎架法、转轴连杆法、试压工装法、等高块法4种法兰与筒节焊接后的密封面平面度测量方案。经比较分析将转轴连杆法和等高块法相结合形成一种较为实用的新型密封面平面度测量方案,并利用轴承实现转动连续测量。通过百分表测出密封面各处平面度大小,验证了新测量方案的可行性。
        Several kinds of flatness measurement method were analyzed in this paper. Combined with the actual situation, four measurment methods of flange and shell ring sealing surface after welding were proposed. They were rolling tyre frame method, rotary shaft connecting rod method, pressure test method and equal height method. The combination of rotary shaft connecting rod method and equal height block method formed a new practical plan to measure the flatness of the sealing surface, and measurement of continuous rotation was realized by using the bearing. The feasibility of the new measurement method was verified by measuring the flatness of each part of the sealing surface with a dial indicator.
