摘要
目的:BMSCs移植对AD大鼠海马组织SOD、AchE活性与MDA、Ach含量的影响及补脑Ⅰ号的干预作用。方法:将80只SD大鼠,随机分为4组,每组20只,分别为:模型组、假手术组、BMSCs移植组(移植组)、中药+BMSCs移植组(中药+移植组),造模方法釆用连续6周三氯化铝溶液灌胃及D-半乳糖溶液腹注射,动物造模7天后予BMSCs移植,移植后2h补脑Ⅰ号浓缩药物灌胃,连续4周,检测大鼠海马组织SOD、AchE活性与MDA、Ach含量。结果:模型组与移植组、中药+移植组相比较,大鼠海马组织SOD、AchE活性与MDA、Ach含量检测均显示出显著差异(P<0. 01)。结论:BMSCs移植可提高AD大鼠自由基代谢及机体抗氧化的能力;有降低乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,减少乙酰胆碱水解的作用,且补脑Ⅰ号起到增强作用。
        Objective: To study the effect of BMSCs on the activity of SOD and AchE and the content of MDA and Ach in the hippocampus of AD rats as well as the intervention effect of chinese medicine( Bu Nao I Hao). Methods: Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,20 rats in each group,they are model group,sham operation group,BMSCs transplantation group,Chinese medicine + BMSCs transplantation group.The alumina solution and D-galactose solution femoral injection were used to model group for 6 weeks. After seven days,BMSCs transplantation was used for animal model group. After transplantation for 2 hours,the activity of SOD and AchE as well as the contents of MDA and Ach in the hippocampus of rats were detected for 4weeks. Results: The activity of SOD and AchE in hippocampus of model group was compared with that of BMSCs transplantation group and traditional Chinese medicine + BMSCs transplantation group,the Ach content detection showed significant difference( P<0. 01).Conclusions: BMSCs transplantation can improve the free radical metabolism and anti-oxidation ability of AD rats; it can decrease the activity of acetylcholinesterase and decrease the hydrolysis of acetyl gallate,and enhance the function of chinese medicine( Bu Nao I Hao).
