摘要
目的:探讨Axin1和Axin2基因的表达与急性白血病发生发展的关系及其临床意义。方法:通过实时定量PCR技术检测36例急性白血病患者及15例对照组骨髓单个核细胞中Axin1和Axin2 mRNA的表达情况。结果:Axin1在初诊组、缓解组和未缓解组中的表达量均低于对照组(P<0.05),初诊组与缓解组、初诊组与未缓解组的表达量均无明显差异(P>0.05),缓解组与未缓解组初诊时Axin1的表达无明显差异(P>0.05);Axin2在缓解组中的表达量比对照组明显减低(P<0.05),未缓解组比缓解组初诊时Axin2的表达明显增高(P<0.05),初诊组与对照组、初诊组与未缓解组的表达均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:Axin1与急性白血病的发生诊断相关,Axin2则可以作为急性白血病的一个预后指标。
        Objective:To investigate the roles of Axin1 and Axin2 genes when acute leukemia occurred and developed. Methods:Axin1 and Axin2 mRNA of 36 cases of acute leukemia patients and 15 normal bone marrow donors were detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Results:Aixn1 was lower in newly diagnosed group,remission group and non-remission group than the control group(P < 0. 05). There were no significant differences compared the newly diagnosed group and the remission group,and the non-remission group(P > 0. 05). Expression of Axin1 in the non-remission group was similar to the remission group when newly diagnosed(P > 0. 05). Axin2 was significantly lower in the remission group than the newly diagnosed group(P < 0. 05). Expression of Axin2 in the non-remission group was higher than the remission group when newly diagnosed(P < 0. 05). Compared the newly diagnosed group and the control group,the newly diagnosed group and the non-remission group,the results had high similarity(P >0. 05). Conclusion:Axin1 is associated with the occurrence of acute leukemia. Axin2 may be as a prognostic indicator in acute leukemia.
