摘要
顶管施工过程中易发生侧向偏转,因此顶管的纠偏控制是顶管施工成功的保障。本文设计了一套以MEMS陀螺仪为检测传感器,PLC为控制核心的智能纠偏系统,可以测量三个方向的姿态与方位,并实现自动纠偏功能,提高顶管施工质量。
A kind of pipe jacking intelligent correction control system has been designed in the text, which takes MEMS gyro as the detection sensor and PLC as control core. It can detect the posture and orientation in three directions and realize automatic correction control function which improves the quality of pipe jacking.
