虚拟支气管镜系统在呼吸内镜培训考核中的研究

摘要
目的评价虚拟支气管镜系统在呼吸内镜培训学员考核中的应用价值。方法以在广州医科大学附属第一医院进行支气管镜考核的36名呼吸内镜培训学员为研究对象,采用虚拟支气管镜系统进行支气管镜考核,分析性别、学历、职称和操作经验分组等因素对考核成绩的影响。结果学员虚拟考试中考生总分得分为(83.01±5.61)分,其中操作部分得分为(53.28±3.64)分。学员操作成绩在不同的性别、学历、职称的差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。Spearman相关分析得到操作经验与总成绩呈正相关关系(P <0.05)。结论学员的性别、学历、职称均与考核成绩不存在相关关系,总成绩与操作经验呈正相关关系,应用虚拟支气管镜系统考试结果可以反映培训学员真实的支气管镜操作技术水平。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of virtual bronchoscope system in the assessment of bronchoscopy trainees. Methods36 trainees of respiratory endoscopy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected as subjects. The virtual bronchoscope system was used to assess the performance of bronchoscope,and the factors such as gender, educational background, professional title and operation experience grouping were analyzed. Results The total score of the candidates in the virtual examination was(83.01±5.61) points, and the score of the operation part was(53.28±3.64) points. There was no statistical significance in the differences of students' operating performance in different gender, educational background and professional title(P > 0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between operation experience and total score(P < 0.05). Conclusion The gender, educational background and professional title had no effect on the scores, but The total score was positively correlated with the operating experience group. The test scores in the virtual bronchoscopy system can reflect the real level of bronchoscopy operational skill.
