少数民族健康服务的文化胜任性策略

摘要
文化胜任性是减少因民族文化之间的差异而导致可获得的健康服务质量不高的策略。健康服务的文化胜任性策略包括组织、结构和临床干预等三个要素。健康行为的文化差异有可能使少数民族居民在寻求健康服务时存在一定的社会文化心理阻碍。为了使少数民族群体获得更优质的健康服务,本文提出了关于文化胜任性策略的几点建议。
        Cultural competence is a strategy to reduce the quality of health services that are not available due to differences between national cultures. Cultural competence strategies for health services include three elements: organization,structure,and clinical intervention. Cultural differences in health behaviors may cause minority residents to have certain sociocultural psychological barriers in seeking health services.In order to minority groups to obtain better health services,this paper puts forward some suggestions on cultural competence strategies.
