2型糖尿病合并急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清S100B、S100A6、S100P水平回顾性分析

摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病合并急性冠状动脉综合征患者S100B、S100A6、S100P的表达水平及其与C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的相关性。方法选择2型糖尿病合并急性冠状动脉综合征患者97例、单纯急性冠状动脉综合征患者194例及对照组97例,采用酶联免疫法检测血清S100B、S100A6、S100P水平,并与CRP、TNF-α作相关性分析。结果 2型糖尿病合并急性冠状动脉综合征组及单纯急性冠状动脉综合征组患者的血清S100B、S100A6、S100P和CRP、TNF-α水平较对照组均显著升高(均P<0.05);2型糖尿病合并急性冠状动脉综合征组血清S100B、S100A6、S100P、TNF-α水平较单纯急性冠状动脉综合征患者明显升高(P<0.05);血清S100B、S100A6、S100P分别与CRP、TNF-α水平呈正相关(B=0.99~1.49,均P<0.05)。结论 S100B、S100A6、S100P的表达水平可能对预示2型糖尿病患者发生急性冠状动脉缺血事件具有重要意义。
Objective To study changes of serum concentrations of S100 B,S100 A6,S100 P in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with acute coronary syndrome( ACS),and explore their correlations with C-Reactive protein( CRP),TNF-α. Methods The serum S100 B,S100 A6 and S100 P concentrations were measured by EILSA in 388 patients,including 97 T2 DM with ACS patients,194 ACS patients and 97 patients in control group. The correlation between S100 B,S100 A6,S100 P and CRP,TNF-α were investigated. Results S100 B,S100 A6,S100 P,CRP,TNF-α levels in the T2 DM with ACS group and pure ACS group were significantly higher than those in the control group( all P < 0. 05),meanwhile S100 B,S100 A6,S100 P,TNF-α levels in the T2 DM with ACS group were significantly higher than those in the pure ACS group( all P < 0. 05). The levels of S100 B,S100 A6,S100 P were positively correlated with level of CRP and TNF-α respectively( B = 0. 986 ~ 1. 490,all P < 0. 05). Conclusions The serum S100 B,S100 A6,S100 P concentrations may have important significance for predicting the presence of acute coronary ischemia events in T2 DM patients.
