412例糖尿病患者心电图T波改变特点分析

摘要
目的分析412例糖尿病患者心电图T波改变特点。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年12月间收治的412例2型糖尿病患者,收集3组患者的一般资料并进行回顾性分析。按照T波改变程度将资料分为3组,A组无改变组(n=102)、B组轻中度改变(n=231)、C组重度改变组(n=79),对比3组患者的T波改变特点。结果 3组患者临床资料与检查资料对比,A组均低于B组和C组(P<0.05);B、C两组患者心电图资料对比,心电图异常率和T波改变率,A组均低于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者随着病情的逐渐加重,T波改变率逐渐上升,改变程度逐渐增加,中后期可以成为心脏损害检查的重要依据,但是临床诊断不可以单纯的T波改变诊断心肌缺血、冠心病等实质性心脏疾病。
Objective To analyze the changes features of Electrocardiogram T wave of 412 cases of diabetes patients. Methods 412 cases of type II diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and the general data of the three groups were reviewed, and the data were divided into three groups according to the change degrees of T wave, including the group A(no change group, 102 cases), the group B(mild-moderate changes,231 cases) and the group C(severe change, 79 cases), and the T wave changes features of the three groups were compared.Results The clinical data and examination data in the group A were lower than those in the group B and the group C(P<0.05), and the electrocardiogram abnormal rate and T wave change rate in the group A were lower than those in the group B and in the group C(P<0.05). Conclusion With the disease ingravescence, the T wave change rate gradually increases, and the indicator in the moderate and advanced stages can be an important basis of cardiac injury examination, however, only the T wave changes can not diagnose the parenchymal heart disease such as ischemia myocardial and coronary heart disease in clinical diagnosis.
