摘要
本文通过万达集团商业综合体两个室内设计典型案例——清远清城万达广场与海口秀英万达广场室内商业步行街方案,介绍了万达集团在商业地产开发中形成的标准化建设经验,分析了未来基于抢占市场先机的商业地产项目的开发模式与趋势。
This paper introduces the standardized construction experience of Wanda group in the development of commercial real estate, and analyzes the development mode and trend of commercial real estate projects based on preempting market opportunities in the future through two typical interior design cases of Wanda group commercial complex—Qingyuan Qingcheng Wanda Plaza and Haikou Xiuying Wanda Plaza indoor commercial pedestrian street projects.
