三维超声造影在肝细胞癌射频疗效评估中的价值
摘要
目的观察三维超声造影(3D-CEUS)在肝细胞癌(HCC)射频临床治疗中的应用效果,评估其疗效。方法选择2015年2月至2017年3月在我院治疗的HCC患者63例,均行射频消融治疗,采用2D-CEUS和3D-CEUS对病灶滋养动脉进行检查并在治疗后1个月行CEUS判断疗效。结果 3D-CEUS对肿瘤滋养动脉的检出率为100.00%,明显高于2D-CEUS(P<0.05);3D-CEUS对滋养动脉始源、走向连贯性、与周边血管及肿瘤空间关系的显示质量评分均明显优于2D-CEUS(P<0.5)。3D-CEUS在判断射频消融后局部残留的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和准确度均优于2D-CEUS。所有患者未出现明显的不良反应。结论 3D-CEUS可有效评价HCC滋养血管分布,可用于判断频消融局部疗效。
