摘要
某型援外护卫艇艇首部甲板区域配有一门舰炮,该型舰炮的重量、后座力较大。为保证艇体结构的可靠性,有必要对舰炮基座及其支撑结构设计进行研究。参照中国船级社《水面舰艇入级规范》作出舰炮基座及其支撑结构设计方案,并通过有限元法进行验证。经分析计算,该舰炮基座及其支撑结构设计方案满足规范要求。
        The fore deck area of a certain type of guard vessel is equipped with a gun, the gun's weight and recoil force are large. In order to ensure the reliability of the hull structure, it is necessary to study the design of the gun base and its supporting structure. According to the Code for the Classification of Surface Vessels of China Classification Society, the design scheme of the gun base and its supporting structure is proposed, and verified by the finite element method. Through analysis and calculation, the design scheme of the shipborne gun base and its supporting structure meets the strength requirements of the code.The design is based on finite element method and,through analysis and calculate, the strength of gun basin and support structure complied with the rules.
