腹腔镜手术治疗胃肠肿瘤的效果及对患者营养状况的影响

摘要
目的深入探究腹腔镜手术在治疗胃肠肿瘤中的治疗效果以及对患者营养状况的影响。方法选取于2016月年至2018年2月期间在我院收治的100例胃肠肿瘤患者作为主要研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用开腹手术的方式进行治疗;观察组采用腹腔镜手术的方式进行治疗。对两组患者治疗前后的营养状况合格率、白蛋白及前白蛋白水平、治疗后并发症的发生率进行观察记录并对比。结果两组患者在治疗前的营养状况合格率无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的营养状况合格率为90.0%(45/50),优于对照组的74.0%(37/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的白蛋白及前白蛋白水平无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗观察组的白蛋白及前白蛋白水平分别为(193.2±25.8)mg/L、(39.5±3.9)g/L,高于对照组的(171.6±20.2)mg/L、(33.2±3.5)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗过程中观察组患者的并发症发生率为12.0%,低于对照组的50.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗胃肠肿瘤中使用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,能够显著的提高患者的营养状况合格率,并能有效的降低并发症的发生率,值得在临床中推广使用。
        Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors and its impact on the nutritional status of patients.Methods One hundred patients with gastrointestinal cancer admitted to our hospital from 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the main subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with open surgery; the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The nutritional status,albumin and prealbumin levels,and the incidence of post-treatment complications before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in the nutritional status of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The qualified rate of the nutritional status of the observation group was 90.0%(45/50),which was significantly better than that of the control group.(37/50),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in albumin and prealbumin levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Albumin and prealbumin in the observation group The levels were(193.2±25.8)mg/L and(39.5±3.9)g/L,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(171.6±20.2)mg/L and(33.2±3.5)g/L.The difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05); The complication rate of the observation group was 12.0%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(50.0%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients,and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,it is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
