摘要
目的测定槐果碱的平衡溶解度、稳定性及油水分配系数。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定其平衡溶解度、稳定性及油水分配系数。结果槐果碱pH值为1.4,2,3,4,5,6,7,8和9时的平衡溶解度分别为45.07,46.33,44.86,42.08,45.61,41.08,33.55,20.47和10.50mg·mL-1,油水分配系数分别为-1.32,-1.75,-1.53,-1.55,-1.20,-0.62,0.19,-0.21和-0.13,槐果碱在不同pH值、37℃条件下12h内较为稳定,12h后变化无规律。结论槐果碱溶解度在酸性条件下较大,随pH值增大其溶解度减小,槐果碱稳定性较差,槐果碱在6        Objective To study the equilibrium solubility,stability and oil-water partition coefficients of sophocarpine in various pH conditions.Methods The ultraviolet detection method was used to detect the equilibrium solubility,stability and oil-water partition coefficients of sophocarpine.Results The equilibrium solubility of sophocarpine were 45.07,46.33,44.86,42.08,45.61,41.08,33.55,20.47 and 10.50mg·mL-1 in buffer solutions with pH values of 1.4,2,3,4,5,6,7,8and 9respectively.The oil-water partition coefficients were-1.32,-1.75,-1.53,-1.55,-1.20,-0.62,0.19,-0.21and-0.13 in buffer solutions with different pH values.The sophocarpine was stable within 12 hat 37℃.But after 12 hno general tendency was found.Conclusion The equilibrium solubility was higher in acid condition,its equilibrium solubility was decreased with the increasing of pH values.Sophocarpine is unstable.In the range of pH 6.0to pH 9.0,lg Pvalue are between 1.77-0.19,indicating it can pass lipid membrane and be absorbed easily.
