植物皮类药主治与药性相关性研究及用药机理分析

摘要
目的:笔者对《中华本草》进行逐条筛选,共整理出植物皮类中药604味,发现其在药性、功效、主治方面都存在一定的规律性,故对所得数据进行统计学分析,以揭示该类药物主治与药性之间的相关性,并以此为基础,进一步探究该类药物的作用机制和用药思想。方法:将主治、用药部位、四气、五味、毒性等基础数据录入到SPSS22.0软件包中,通过交叉表分析法,将主治定义为名义变量,分别计算植物皮类中药主治与用药部位、四气、五味、毒性间的列联系数,确定主治与药性之间是否具有相关性。结果:此类药物的主治与药用部位、四气、五味之间存在一定的相关性,与毒性无相关性。进一步分析表明,该类药物在临床诊治中的应用与各类主治的病因病机分析、辨证论治以及遣方用药的原则相符。结论:通过以上研究,使植物皮类药物的药性、功效和主治特点更加明确、科学、客观,对用药机制的分析也从一定程度上说明了中药药性是决定临床用药和疗效的关键。
Objective :The author screened Chinese Materia Medica one by one and sorted out 604 herbal medicines of plant skin. It was found that there were some regularities in their pharmacological properties,efficacy and main treatment. Therefore,statistical analysis was made on the data obtained to reveal the correlation between the main treatment and pharmacological properties of this kind of medicines,and on this basis,further exploration was made into this kind of medicines. The mechanism of action and the thought of medication. Methods :The basic data of main treatment,medication site,four Qi,five flavors and toxicity were input into SPSS22.0 software package. The main treatment was defined as nominal variable by cross-table analysis. The contingency coefficients between main treatment and medication site,four Qi,five flavors and toxicity were calculated to determine the relationship between main treatment and medicinal properties. Results :There was a certain correlation between the main treatment of this kind of medicine and the medicinal parts,four Qi and five flavors,but no correlation with toxicity. Further analysis showed that the application of these drugs in clinical diagnosis and treatment was consistent with the principles of etiology and pathogenesis analysis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and prescription medication. Conclusion :Through the above research,make the medicinal properties,efficacy and main treatment characteristics of plant skin medicines more clear,scientific and objective,the analysis of the medication mechanism also from a certain extent shows that the medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine is the key to determine the clinical drug use and efficacy.
