摘要
针对未经处理的铝灰会造成严重的环境污染的问题,综述了近年来国内外从铝灰中回收金属铝及其化合物和铝灰综合利用的研究进展。结合当前技术的特点,分析指出:湿法较火法在二次铝灰回收处理中更具优势;不含盐火法处理铝灰和处理铝灰过程中产生气体的回收是今后的研究热点;铝灰可作为生产耐火材料、建筑材料和环境材料的原料;铝灰间的异质性决定了铝灰处理需要系统的综合处理方法。
        Aiming at the problem of the serious environmental pollution caused by untreated aluminum dross,the research progresses in the recovery of aluminum and its compounds in aluminum dross and comprehensive utilization of aluminum dross at home and abroad in recent years was summarized.Combining with the characteristics analysis of present treatment technologies,it was pointed out that: hydrometallurgy had more advantages than thermometallurgy in the recovery of secondary aluminum dross; salt free thermometallurgy and waste gas recovery are hot topics for future research;aluminum dross can be used as a raw material in refractory,construction and environment.The heterogeneity of aluminum dross determined that the need for a systematic and comprehensive approach for the treatment of aluminum dross.
