摘要
由于开孔板件的孔洞周围会出现应力集中,板件易在开孔部位提前进入屈服状态,发生屈曲,进而影响整体结构的稳定性.用Abaqus对开孔板件在轴心受压情况下的弹性屈曲性能进行分析,讨论板件开孔大小以及开孔位置、开孔间距、板件宽厚比、板件尺寸等对开孔板件屈曲性能的影响.在分析参数的基础上,给出轴心受压开孔板件屈曲稳定系数的建议公式.结果表明,开孔位置距离板件短边较近时,板件的屈曲系数明显下降,且随着开孔尺寸的增大影响程度越大;孔间距固定在一定范围时对开多孔薄板的屈曲系数影响较小;板件的宽厚比及其尺寸对轴压薄板的屈曲系数影响不大.
        Perforated plate might be in yield state ahead of time at opening position due to the stress concentration around the hole, which causes the buckling of sheet, and influences the stability of overall structure. The article analyzes the elastic buckling performance of perforated plate with Abaqus under the condition of axial compression, and discusses the influence of plate hole size, hole position, hole spacing, plate width-thickness ratio, and plate size on plate buckling performance. The result shows that, the buckling coefficient of plate drops significantly when the opening position are closer to the short side of the plate, and when the size of openings increases, the degree of influence will become larger. The influence on porous plate buckling coefficient will be less when the spacing of holes is fixed in a certain range, the width to thickness ratio of plate and plate size shows little influence on axial compression plate's buckling coefficient. The article gives suggested formula on the basis of parameter analysis for buckling stability coefficient k of axial compression perforated plate.
