摘要
<正>椎体压缩性骨折是中老年骨质疏松病人最常发生的骨折之一~([1])。骨折发生后,剧烈的疼痛严重限制了病人的日常活动,长期卧床后带来的心肺系统并发症往往比骨折本身更严重。经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)目前应用于椎体压缩性骨折的治疗,其术后效果较好、安全性佳、伤椎高度恢复满意、并发症少~([2-4])。然而临床操作中发现,无论是单球囊技术还是双球囊技术,在向椎体内推注骨水泥时均需将球囊撤出,而撤除球囊时,会出现椎体前缘高度及后凸角丢失,影响球囊的复位效果~([5])。本研究通过对手术步骤进行改良,临时保留一侧球囊的支
