摘要
采用不同的焦点尺寸和放大倍数对碳纤维缠绕试块进行了数字射线DR成像检测试验。试验结果表明,当其它检测参数不变时,使用最佳放大倍数检测获得的图像空间分辨率最高;使用较小尺寸的焦点检测获得的图像空间分辨率较高。本次试验结果为碳纤维缠绕制品数字射线DR成像检测焦点尺寸和放大倍数的选择提供了依据。
        The digital radiographic(DR) testing experiments were carried out on the carbon fiber winding specimens with different focus sizes and magnifications. The results show that when the other parameters are consistent,the images that obtained at the optimum magnification have the best spatial resolution, and the images that obtained at the smaller focus have the better spatial resolution. The results provide a basis for the choice of focus size and magnification of digital radiographic(DR) testing for carbon fiber winding products.
