摘要
目的研究幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)感染与中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比率(Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio,NLR)之间的关系。方法收集200名HP患者及200名年龄和性别匹配的健康受试者临床资料。计算NLR值,分析NLR与HP感染相关性。结果与没有感染HP的对照组相比,HP感染患者的NLR明显更高。此外,有症状的HP患者NLR高于无症状HP患者。随着HP症状严重程度的增加,NLR增加(r=0.452,P<0.01)。结论 HP感染与NLR的之间存在显着关联,随着HP严重程度的增加,NLR也会增加。
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the presence of HP infection and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR). Methods A total of 200 patients who met the HP criteria and 200 age and gender-matched control subjects were included in this trial. The NLR values were calculated and the correlation between NLR and the presence of HP infection was analyzed. Results Patients with HP infection had significantly higher NLR compared to those without HP. Moreover, the patients with symptomatic HP had higher NLR than those with asymptomatic HP. While NLR increased as the severity of HP symptoms increased(r=.452, P<.001). Conclusion There is a significant association between HP infection and NLR.There an increase in NLR as the severity of HP increases.
