摘要
目前,职业教育教师培训的低效性严重影响了教师专业发展的质量。导致职业教育教师培训低效的因素有职业教育教师培训需求缺乏针对性、培训目标呈现模糊性、培训活动凸现功利性以及培训评价体现单一性。提高职业教育教师培训实效的优化路径是以满足教师培训需求为导向,力求教师培训需求精确化;以提升教师教学能力为目标,回应教师培训的根本诉求;以促进教师专业发展为旨归,淡化教师培训的功利色彩;以开展多元评价为保障,完善教师培训的评价体系。
At present, the inefficiency of teachers' training in vocational education seriously affects the quality of teachers' professional development. The factors leading to the inefficiency of teachers' training in vocational education are lack of pertinence to the needs of teachers' training in vocational education, ambiguity in the training objectives of teachers in vocational education, utilitarianism in the training activities and singleness in the evaluation of the teachers' training. The optimum path to improve the effectiveness of teachers' training in vocational education is to meet the needs of teachers' training as the guidance to strive for the accuracy of teachers' training needs; to improve teachers' teaching ability as the goal to respond to the fundamental demands of teachers' training; to promote teachers' professional development as the purpose to dilute the utilitarianism of teachers' training; to carry out multiple evaluation methods as the guarantee to improve the evaluation system of teachers' training.
