高职院校产教深度融合:动因、经验及建议——以常州工业职业技术学院为例

摘要
校企合作、产教融合是新时代职业教育科学发展的重要支撑,但"产教两张皮"现象依然存在,需要政府部门、企业、学校共同发力,各自发挥主观能动性,在现有职教环境下共同推进。作为江苏省首批示范性高职学院,常州工业职业技术学院注重顶层设计,主动分析"产教融合难"的动因,学习其他标杆兄弟院校先进经验,与区域内企业一起深度谋划校企合作和产教融合工作,建成了一些颇具示范意义的典型项目和案例,实施成效显著,为学院高水平发展提供了内涵支撑。本文分析了高职院校产教融合的现状与困难,总结了学院深化产教融合的动因及突破性成就,对持续推进高职院校产教深度融合工作进行了反思并提出了对策建议。
The school-enterprise cooperation and the industry-education integration are the important support of the scientific development of vocational education in the new era. However, the phenomenon of "non-integration of industry and education" still exists, which requires the joint efforts of the government departments, enterprises and schools to exert their subjective initiative and jointly promote the integration under the existing environment of vocational education. As one of the first demonstration vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province, Changzhou Vocational Institute of Light Industry pays attention to the top-level design, actively analyses the reason for the difficulty in the industryeducation integration, learns the advanced experience of other benchmarking colleges, and deeply plans the school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration with enterprises in the region. It has built some typical projects and cases with demonstration significance, which has achieved remarkable results and provides connotative support for the high-level development of the college. This paper analyses the present situation and difficulties of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges, summarizes the motivation and breakthrough achievements of deepening the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges, reflects on its continuous promotion,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
