摘要
从具体餐厨项目中分析餐厨垃圾的处置化标准,寻求餐厨垃圾处置的规范化,有效化方向。针对国内当前餐厨垃圾的现状,以发改委第二批试点城市常州为例,总结相关运行经验,建立标准化的台账,从而建立行业内的标准,为以后的餐厨项目指明方向。
Analyse the standard of kitchen-waste disposal from the specific projects, seeking effective and standard way of disposing kitchen waste.In view of the current situation of kitchen waste in China, taking Changzhou as an example, Changzhou is the second batch of pilot cities of the Development and Reform Commission, this paper summarizes the relevant operational experience, establishes standardized account books, establishes industry standards, and points out the direction for future kitchen-waste projects.
