笑气镇静镇痛配合STA无痛麻醉在儿童口腔手术中的效果研究

摘要
目的观察笑气镇静镇痛配合STA无痛麻醉在儿童口腔手术中临床效果。方法选取来本院口腔科就诊需要进行手术的儿童共200例,随机分为四组:常规局部麻醉组、笑气镇静镇痛配合常规局部麻醉组、STA无痛局部麻醉组、笑气镇静镇痛配合STA无痛局部麻醉组。手术操作前、后进行评判,了解4组儿童的镇静镇痛效果及依从性。结果笑气镇静镇痛配合常规局部麻醉组、STA无痛局部麻醉组、笑气镇静镇痛配合STA无痛局部麻醉组疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论笑气镇静镇痛与STA无痛局部麻醉联合的方法较单用STA或者单用笑气更有效地减轻患儿恐惧情绪及降低手术患儿的疼痛感,提高手术的依从性。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nitrous oxide sedation and analgesia combined with STA painless anesthesia in children's oral surgery.Methods A total of 200 children who needed surgery in Stomatology Department of our hospital were randomly divided into four groups: routine local anesthesia group,nitrous oxide sedation and analgesia combined with routine local anesthesia group,STA painless local anesthesia group,nitrous oxide sedation and analgesia combined with STA painless local anesthesia group.The effect of sedation and analgesia and compliance of four groups of children were evaluated before and after operation.Result The pain degree of laughing gas sedation and analgesia combined with routine local anesthesia group,STA painless local anesthesia group and STA painless local anesthesia group was lower than that of control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The combined method of sedation and analgesia with laughing gas and STA painless local anesthesia is more effective than STA alone or laughing gas alone in alleviating fear,reducing pain and improving the compliance of operation.
