摘要
目的探讨淫羊藿苷对大鼠正畸牙齿移动速度及张力侧牙周组织改建的影响。方法 24只健康雄性SD大鼠,依据淫羊藿苷的浓度随机分为淫羊藿苷1、3、5 mg/kg组(实验组)和对照组,自加力装置放置第1天起用不同浓度的淫羊藿苷灌胃,对照组灌同等体积的生理盐水,加力14 d后处死实验动物。制取上颌第一磨牙及周围牙周组织标本块,进行免疫组化染色和HE染色分析,测量上颌第一恒磨牙向近中移动的距离。用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果与对照组比较,实验组RUNX2在张力侧牙周组织中的平均光密度值高于对照组,随着药物浓度的增加,RUNX2的平均光密度值逐渐增大(P<0.05)。牙齿移动的距离随着药物浓度的增加逐渐减少(P<0.05),在药物浓度为5 mg/kg时,牙齿移动的量最少。结论淫羊藿苷可以抑制正畸牙齿移动,增加张力侧牙周组织中RUNX2的表达量。
        Objective To explore the effect of icariin on orthodontic tooth movement and the expression of RUNX2 in periodontal tissue. Methods Twenty-four healthy male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into four groups: icariin 1, 3, 5 mg/kg group and control group. Icariin of different doses was ig given to these rats from the first day the torque device was placed. The same volume of physiological saline was given to the control group. All the rats were sacrificed after the torque device was loaded 14 days. Immunohistochemical staining was used to determine the expression of RUNX2. The range of tooth movement was measured. SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The expression of RUNX2 in the experimental group was higher than in the control group. With the increase of drug concentration, the expression of RUNX2 was increased gradually(P<0.05). The range of tooth movement was reduced gradually. When the drug concentration was 5 mg/kg, tooth movement was minimized. Conclusion Icariin can restrain orthodontic tooth movement and increase the expression of RUNX2 on the tension side.
