摘要
以热榨亚麻油的亚麻粕为原料,根据所含功能成分理化性能的差别,可依次分离提取亚麻木酚素、亚麻籽胶和亚麻蛋白,提取率分别为亚麻木酚素5.5%、亚麻籽胶15%、亚麻籽蛋白12%。经过大孔吸附树脂分离纯化,亚麻木酚素纯度从29.3%提高到87.5%,回收率30.1%。微胶囊化亚麻油的包埋率为89%,可用作保健食品配料。
        With linseed meal obtained by hot press as raw materials, lignins, linseed gum and linseed protein could be separated from linseed meal according to the difference of physical and chemical properties of the functional components. The extraction rates were 5.5 % of linseed lignin, 15 % of linseed gum and 12 % of linseed protein, respectively. After separation and purification with macroporous resin, the purity of linseed lignin was increased from 29.3 % to 87.5 %, and the recovery was 30.1%. The encapsulation rate of microencapsulated linseed oil was 89 %, which could be used as a health food ingredient.
