摘要
瓜菜产业园因其关键的核心位置影响着瓜菜供应链上下游的畅通。现代瓜菜产业园是一个多元复杂系统,包括了品种培育区、试验示范区、专业种植区、游览观光区和集中配送区等,承担了瓜菜供应链的绝大多数生产运营活动。乡村振兴战略背景下,瓜菜产业园选址优化受到土地资源、人力资源、交通资源等诸多因素影响,选址是否合理有效,关乎整个瓜菜供应链运行的绩效。笔者基于GRA与TOPSIS方法,利用系统决策模型对瓜菜产业园选址问题进行优化分析。结果表明,TOPSIS值越大,瓜菜产业园选址越逼近实际理想状况。
        The cucurbits and vegetables industrial park affects the smooth flow of the upstream and downstream of the supply chain due to its key core position. Modern cucurbits and vegetables industry park is a multiple complex system,including variety breeding area, experimental demonstration area, professional planting area, sightseeing area,centralized distribution area, etc. It undertakes most of the production and operation activities in the melon and vegetable supply chain. Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, cucurbits and vegetables industrial park selection is affected by many factors such as land resources, human resources, transportation resources. Whether the selection is reasonable and effective is related to the performance of the entire cucurbits and vegetables supply chain operation. Based on the GRA and TOPSIS methods, the system decision model was used to optimize the location of the cucurbits and vegetables industrial park. The results showed that the larger the TOPSIS value, the closer the site was to the actual ideal situation.
