光动力与尤靖安联合治疗多发性尖锐湿疣临床疗效及其对性生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨光动力联合尤靖安治疗多发性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及其对性生活质量影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月广安市人民医院诊治的多发性尖锐湿疣患者120例作为研究对象。随机数字表法进行设计对照组与联合组,对照组给予常规治疗,联合组给予光动力联合尤靖安治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果与性生活质量影响。结果联合组与对照组临床治疗总有效率(91.67%Vs80.00%),比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组性生活质量总评分达到(93.16±2.18)分,优于对照组的(73.67±2.66)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于多发性尖锐湿疣患者应用光动力联合尤靖安治疗效果显著,提高患者的临床治疗总有效率,并且在改善性生活质量方面显著,值得临床中应用推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of photodynamic therapy combined with Youjingan on multiple condyloma acuminatum(CA) and its effect on sexual life. Methods 120 patients with multiple CA from January 2016 to December 2017 were collected and divided into two groups according to random number table, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the combination group was given photodynamic therapy combined with Youjingan therapy. The clinical effects and quality of sexual life of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in combination group(91.67%) was higher than that in control group(80.00%), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the total scores of quality of sexual life in the combination group reached(93.16±2.18) points, which was better than that of control group of(73.67±2.66) points, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions The clinical application of photodynamic therapy combined with Youjingan is of remarkable effect for patients with multiple CA, which can improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment and improve the quality of sexual life, hereby worthy of promoting in clinical application.
