统招生与自招生相融合的人才培养模式研究——以安徽财贸职业学院连锁经营管理专业为例

摘要
高职院校自主招生是经过教育部授权高职院校组织考试自主筛选学生的方式。文章以安徽财贸职业学院连锁经营管理专业统招生与自招生相融合的实践为例,通过对2012级至2015级统招生与自招生的就业发展情况跟踪调查和需求分析,得出数据和结论。在此基础上,提出了统招生与自招生相融合状态下的人才培养模式的改进建议。
The independent enrollment of higher vocational colleges is the way of self-selecting students through the organization examination authorized by the Ministry of Education. Based on the practice of integration of unified enrollment and self-enrollment in the chain management specialty of Anhui Institute of Finance and Trade, the data and conclusions are obtained through the investigation and demand analyses of the employment development of the unified enrollment and self-enrollment from grade 2012 to grade 2015. On this basis, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the training mode of talents under the condition of integration of enrollment and self-enrollment.
