农业科研单位科技扶贫工作的实践与思考——以安徽省农业科学院为例

新形势下,打好脱贫攻坚战,必须以促进转型升级和提升产业能力为导向,强化农业科技在精准扶贫中的作用和地位,积极探索科技扶贫的有效途径和模式。文章以安徽省农业科学院为例,阐述了省级农业科研单位科技扶贫的主要做法和取得的主要成效,并提出因地制宜做好精准扶贫科技规划、加强院地结对帮扶、树立科技示范样板、发挥人才扶贫效应等加强农业科研单位科技扶贫工作的建议。
In the new situation, to fight poverty alleviation, we must take the promotion of transformation and upgrading and the enhancement of industrial capacity as the guidance, strengthen the role and status of agricultural science and technology in targeted poverty alleviation, and actively explore effective ways and models of poverty alleviation by science and technology. Taking Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, main methods and achievements of poverty alleviation by science and technology in provincial agricultural scientific research institutions were expounded in the paper. Some suggestions were put forward, such as making targeted poverty alleviation program, pairing the institute with the local government, creating science and technology demonstration model, and giving full play to the effect of poverty alleviation through talents.
