摘要

为了适应标准化改革的需要,提高地方标准制修订水平,本文设计并实现了辽宁省地方标准管理平台。该平台采用了三层B/S架构、ASP.NET技术及SQL Server数据库。通过该平台,标准主管部门可以对地方标准制修订的各个环节进行监管,提高工作效率及地方标准的制修订质量。
        In order to meet the needs of standardization reform and improve the level of revision of local standards,this paper designs and implements of Liaoning Provincial standards management platform. The platform adopts three-tier B/S architecture,ASP. NET technology and SQL Server database. Through this platform,the competent standard authorities can supervise all aspects of the revision of local standards,improve the work efficiency and the quality of the revision of local standards.
