补火升阳火针联合中药冷敷治疗带状疱疹临床研究

摘要
目的:观察补火升阳火针联合中药冷敷治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将70例带状疱疹患者采用信封法分为2组各35例,联合组给予补火升阳火针联合中药冷敷治疗,对照组给予常规西医疗法。比较治疗后2组中医疗效、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)以及血清P物质(SP)水平。结果:治疗后,联合组总有效率91.43%,对照组74.29%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组VAS评分与血清SP水平,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,2组VAS评分降低,血清SP水平恢复,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后2组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:补火升阳火针治疗带状疱疹疗效显著,能调节血清SP水平,加速缓解疼痛。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buhuo Shengyang fire needling combined with cold compress with Chinese herbal medicine for herpes zoster. Methods:A total of 70 cases of patients with herpes zoster were divided into two groups according to the sealed envelope method,35 cases in each group. The combination group was treated with Buhuo Shengyang fire needling combined with cold compress with Chinese herbal medicine,and the control group was given routine western medicine treatment. After treatment,the Chinese medicine therapeutic effect,the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and the levels of substance P(SP) in serum in the two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 91.43% in the combination group and 74.29% in the control group,the difference being significant(P <0.05). Before treatment, compared the scores of VAS and the levels of SP in serum in the two groups, there was no significance in the difference(P > 0.05); after treatment, the scores of VAS in the two groups were decreased, and the levels of SP in serum returned to normal,the difference being significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the comparison of the above levels in the two groups showed significance in the difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Buhuo Shengyang fire needling has significant therapeutic effect in treating herpes zoster,which can regulate the level of SP in serum as well as accelerate the remission of pain.
