摘要
在可靠性道路试验中,某载货车提升桥固定支座的焊缝出现开裂现象。为解决该问题,采用焊接疲劳分析方法对该固定支座进行了疲劳寿命计算,并对其结构做了改进。经过对比,改进方案的疲劳寿命比原结构有明显提高,随后对改进方案进行了可靠性道路试验,试验结果证明改进方案是可行的。
        In the reliability road test,a weld of fixed support on lifting bridge of a van truck cracked. In order to solve this problem,by welding fatigue analysis method,the fatigue life of the fixed support is calculated and its structure is improved. After comparison,the fatigue life of the improved scheme is obviously higher than before.Then the reliability road test of the improved scheme is carried out. The test results show that the improved scheme is feasible.
