摘要
笔者以教育部《教育信息化2.0行动计划》为指导,为提高师范院校师范生教学技能培养的效率,在师范生微格教学(Microteaching)训练中融入微课程(Microlecture),提出"2M(微格教学及微课程)"概念。同时,以师范院校现有的微格教学系统和网络教学系统为基础,构建"基于移动智能终端设备的‘2M’一体化融合模式、基于‘互联网+教育’的‘2M’一体化融合模式",从而有效提升师范生教学技能培养质量。
Guided by the Action Plan of IT-based Education 2.0 of Chinese Ministry of Education and with the purpose of improving the efficiency of teaching skills training to Normal College Students, the author integrates microlecture into the microteaching training of normal college students, and puts forward the concept of "2 M", which stands for "microteaching" and "microcurriculum". Based on the existing microteaching system and network teaching system in normal colleges and universities, the "2 M" integration mode based on mobile intelligent terminal equipment and the "2 M plus" integration mode based on "Internet + education" are constructed to effectively enhance the quality of teaching skills training for students from normal colleges and universities.
