摘要
采用相关性分析、共线性分析、多元回归分析和通径分析方法研究了偏顶蛤Modiolus modiolus壳尺寸性状与体质量性状间的关系。随机选取100个大连海域偏顶蛤野生个体并测量了其多个经济性状。结果表明:所测偏顶蛤各性状间均呈极显著的相关性(P<0.01);共线性分析显示,壳尺寸性状间不存在共线性或共线性程度很低;通径分析显示,壳长、壳高和壳宽是影响活体湿体质量、体积和软体湿质量的重点性状,壳前至壳缘长对活体湿体质量也有直接影响,其中壳长、壳宽对这些性状的直接影响最大,而壳顶至壳后长和壳高对软体湿质量、闭壳肌湿质量和闭壳肌干质量均有直接影响,且壳顶至壳后长对这些体质量性状的直接影响均最大;经多元回归分析,剔除不显著因子,分别建立了以壳尺寸性状和测量性状为自变量,以体积和体质量性状为依变量的最优回归方程。本研究结果可为偏顶蛤增养殖和选择育种提供理论依据。
        Some economic traits of 100 wild mussel Modiolus modiolus samples was individually measured,the samples were random collected from the coast of Dalian. Correlation analysis,collinearity analysis,multiple regression and path analysis were used to investigate the relationship between shell size and body weight in this study.Results showed that all measured traits were significantly correlated with each other( P<0. 01). There are no or low levels collinearity among all independent variables. Path analysis shows that,shell length,shell height and shell width had dominant direct effects on body wet weight,body volume and soft-tissue wet weight,in addition,length from front to shell edge also had direct effects on body weight,shell length and shell width had more remarkable direct effects. Shell height and length from umbo to back end had dominant direct effects on dry sofy-tissue weight,adductor wet weight and dry adductor weight,and the length from umbo to back end had more obvious direct effect between them. Optimal regression equations were established by stepwise regression method with shell size traits as independent variables,body volume and body weight as dependant variables. The findings provide theoretical basis for culture and enhancement and selective breeding of M. modiolus.
