基于场域交互的产学研知识互补动态演化过程研究

摘要
知识互补的实现效果决定了产学研协同创新的成败。首先从动态视角界定产学研知识互补的内涵,基于场理论和知识的维度划分构建知识互补过程中的场域交互模型,提出场域交互是知识互补的基本实现方式;再将产学研知识互补分为局部互补和整体互补两个递进过程,通过自组织理论和BS模型分别阐述两个阶段的内在运行机理,系统刻画基于场域交互的产学研知识互补动态演化过程。
        The realization effect of knowledge complementarity is the key to industry-university-research institute(IUR) collaborative innovation. This paper first defines the connotation of knowledge complementarity in the background of IUR collaborative innovation from a dynamic perspective. Based on the theory of "Ba" and the knowledge dimension division, the Ba's interaction model in the complementary process is constructed, and the interaction of "Ba" is the basic realization method of knowledge complementarity. And then, the knowledge complementarity of IUR is divided into two progressive processes: the partial complementarity and the overall complementarity. Through the self-organization theory and the BS model, the internal operation mechanism of the two stages is described respectively, and the dynamic evolution process of the knowledge complementarity based on the interaction of "Ba" is comprehensively depicted.
