高校学籍管理中“法”与“情”关系问题研究

摘要
在依法治校的大前提下,高校学籍管理应该同时考虑大学生的特点,做到"情法两尽"。在管理进行前,尽可能地预防"法"与"情"的冲突;管理过程中,既要保障"法"的基础地位,也要加强"情感"管理;管理完成后,注意弥补"法"与"情"的冲突。使学生既能接受学生处理,也能在以后的学习生活中健康成长。
In university students' schooling management, universities should consider both the law and the characteristics of university students and try to prevent conflicts between them. The basic status of the law should be guaranteed and the characteristics and students' emotions should also be considered. Universities should also lay emphasis on certain complimentary measures after the conflicts between law and emotion are solved, so that the students can accept the penalty from the university and live healthily afterwards.
