摘要

目前,工业与民用建筑工程施工管理经历了前所未有的发展,抓好施工现场全过程的技术管理就显得尤为重要。本文对施工现场全过程技术管理水平的影响因素进行了详细分析,并提出了有建设性的管理建议,旨在为施工人员提供参考依据。
        At present,the construction management of industrial and civil construction projects has experienced unprecedented development,so it is particularly important to do a good job in the technical management of the whole process of construction site. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the influencing factors of the technical management level in the whole process of construction site,and puts forward constructive management suggestions in order to provide reference for the construction personnel.
