摘要
随着现代化科技的不断发展、远程影像系统的应用,使核心三甲医院放射科对医联体基层医院放射科进行长期持续继续教育工作成为可能。采用多模式联合应用的方法,结合远程会诊、远程教学、培养进修医师和规范化培训住院医师等方法,构建对基层医院支援和继续教育长效机制的成功模式,一定程度提高了基层医院放射医师的诊断水平。
With the continuous development of modern technology and the application of remote imaging systems, it has become possible for the radiology department of the core top three hospitals to carry out long-term continuous education for the radiology department of the medical association grassroots hospital. Using a multi-modal joint application method, combined with remote consultation, distance education, training of advanced doctors and standardized training residents, etc., to build a successful model for the long-term mechanism of support and continuing education in primary hospitals, to a certain extent, to improve the radiologists in primary hospitals.
