摘要

[目的/意义]旨在探索农村公共文化服务体系建设的有效路径。[方法/过程]从公共文化服务体系建设联动机制的理论基础和政策依据入手,总结分析国内有关公共文化服务体系建设联动机制的理论及实践成果,并阐述西安市以图书馆服务集群信息化平台建设、社区智慧图书馆计划为主要内容的国家公共文化服务体系示范项目的理论成果和实践经验。[结果/结论]通过跨界联动建设机制和多元联动服务机制,有利于推动农村公共文化服务体系建设的跨越式发展。
        [Purpose/significance]The paper is to explore effective ways for rural public cultural service system construction.[Method/process]Based on theories and policies of linkage mechanism of public cultural service system construction, the paper summarizes theoretical and practical achievements of linkage mechanism of domestic relevant public cultural service system construction,and elaborates contents of national public cultural service system demonstration project of Xi'an, including construction of cluster information platform for library service and community wisdom library plan. [Result/conclusion]It is conducive to promote great-leap-forward development of rural public cultural service system construction by establishing cross-boundary linkage construction mechanism and multiple linkage service mechanism.
